At Nerinx, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a refund or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.

Without a proper unboxing video showing the label, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements.

Return Request Time

  • Return or refund requests must be made within 6 days after delivery.

Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are processed after our team verifies the issue.

Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Requests without an unboxing proof video
