Returns & Refunds
We offer a refund or replacement only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.
Without a proper unboxing video showing the label, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements.
Return Request Time
- Return or refund requests must be made within 6 days after delivery.
Important Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.
- Refunds are processed after our team verifies the issue.
Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Requests without an unboxing proof video
